Bob Kittle
Bob is a 25 year industry veteran who has had
vision for success his entire career. Prior to incorporating The Kittle Group in 2006, Bob was
a Vice President for Takata, a $4+ Billion multinational, global supplier. He started his career at Chrysler in 1982 and switched to the supplier side of the industry in 1987, taking an
sales job for AlliedSignal. Moving to Takata in 1994, Bob
played a major role in developing the the team, strategy and execution plan that grew their North American operations organically from $500M to
over $2.Billion. Bob is a consummate professional and is highly regarded as a deal maker
and leader. Bob’s degree is in Business Administration but he also has a minor in Industrial Management and spent two years in Engineering
studies.

Kent Cox
Kent is a life long Auto Industry
veteran, spending almost 25 years with various high-tech
suppliers. Originally from the plastics business, Kent
joined AlliedSignal in 1984 as a compliance administrator, and
worked his way up the ranks in several different sales roles
with different companies. A consummate systems and
task-master, Kent’s strengths in process led him to work on the
sales tools, where he spent the last 10 years of his career
before joining as an affiliate with The Kittle Group. Kent is a true sales professional, but his strengths are on the internal sales activity.

Donna Shiner
Donna spent 20 years with various interior suppliers in high level, high tech program management functions. She started her own company, DMS technical Services in May of 2000, and has worked with many clients to teach, coach or instill a solid Program Management function. She joined the TKG Affiliate Partner Team in September of 2007 and has worked on various internal programs, and is now ready to break out into customer program related activity. Donna is a true professional with a capital C in Credibility.

Cathy Gillen
Cathy is a
well-known expert in highway safety with more than 15 years
experience in surface transportation public affairs and policy,
media relations, event planning, lobbying and writing. She has
worked at the Maryland State Highway Administration, Governors
Highway Safety Association, Advocates for Highway and Auto
Safety, National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and Strat@comm,
a Washington, DC-based public relations firm specializing in
transportation. Cathy currently serves as managing director of
the Roadway Safety Foundation in Washington, DC, and she is a
board member of the Washington Regional Alcohol Program, the
Washington Automotive Press Association and the Road Gang.

Buzz Brown
Buzz joined the Affiliate Group ranks with TKG in April, 2007 and has added a level of sophistication that truly strengthens the offerings of the group. Buzz is a veteran Software Solutions developer. He began his career in 1979, and advanced through a series of leadership positions at a number of high-level automotive companies such as Ford Motor Company, General Motors and Volvo, where he specialized in designing, implementing and managing global database applications and systems. Buzz’s extensive background in Web-based system development and management has attracted an impressive list of clientele including Comerica Bank, General Motors Powertrain, Volvo AG Group of Sweden, Hewlett-Packard, and FGP-GM Powertrain in Italy.

John Casey
John brings more than 15 years of public relations, marketing communications and public affairs experience
as an Affiliate Resource to The Kittle Group. His areas of specialization include broadcast and new media, corporate communications, consumer products and safety and environmental programs. His client service history includes some of the largest global companies in the world including Microsoft, General Motors, Chrysler, Dow Chemical, Northwest Airlines, Continental Teves, Delphi and Car and Driver magazine. Casey was
also a managing director at Strat@comm Detroit, where he successfully tripled the size of the Detroit office in less than three years.

Pat
Kittle
Pat started PJK
Services as a dealership and OEM network resource who bridges
the gap between corporate objectives and functional field
implementation. Pat's strength is that he can roll his program
into virtually any sector. He is a 20 year veteran in the
sales training space, has extensive experience in network
meetings, shows and events, recognition programs, network
development, creating new measurement protocols, program
management, e-learning and more. Current client includes: JD
Power and Associates and Veritas Automotive and Machinery |

Tom
Lewandowski
Tom brings a wealth of
automotive experience to the Kittle Group. As President & CEO of
Global Procurement Consulting, Tom is able to draw on his over
40 years of experience in the automotive industry to help and
support organizations improve their operating efficiencies,
strategic planning and purchasing processes. Tom retired from
General Motors in 2006 as Director. With over 25 years of
purchasing experience at General Motors alone, he brings an
expertise that can be greatly utilized to generate savings that
drop right to the bottom line. In addition to a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Business Administration from Wayne State
University, Tom holds an MBA from Central Michigan University. |

Mike
French
Mike is a 39 year
General Motors veteran who crossed virtually every discipline in
Procurement and Supply Chain Management. He was a member of the
GM Management team, and besides purchasing, he spent vast
amounts of time in Production Control, Program Management,
Supplier Quality and Warranty Cost Containment. His career path
has given Mike a broad and diversified background which
culminated in retirement in the fall of 2008.
But he isn’t ready to lie down yet!! With Mike joining The
Kittle Group’s team, he brings an incredible level of experience
and professionalism, and he is now ready to share his wisdom
with other like minded procurement professionals.

Mark
Mastracci
Mark worked 30 years
with the Chrysler Corporation and held increasingly responsible
positions within Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, and
Procurement. His last position was as a Procurement Manager in
Chrysler’s Global Sourcing Department. He has a Bachelor of
Science Degree from Wayne State University and a Master’s Degree
in Business Management from Central Michigan University. Mark is
a true analytic with a lot of common sense. We are glad to
have Mark as an Affiliate Resource within The Kittle Group. |
