President’s Message

During this significant time of economic uncertainty, we have all learned that a solid plan of action is imperative. When the economy or companies in particular are expanding, it is easy let things “just happen” without a game plan in place to maintain organizational health. As President of The Kittle Group, I take great pride in preparing organizations to build sound core disciplines that will ensure continued growth during economic expansions and protection from downturns in the economy or industry sectors.
The Kittle Group was started after 25 years of highly successful experience building corporate sales and understanding fiscal responsibilities. Our core focus of the sales process and efficiency management comes from many years of “hands on” experience that can only be learned first-hand. We help companies reach peak performance through solid planning and execution as well as build more cohesive organizational teams.
We take pride in keeping things simple and not overcomplicate your process, thus ensuring successful execution of strategies. Because each client’s situation is unique, our process also has to be unique to their needs. What are common are the disciplines that build a solid organizational foundation. Once those disciplines are introduced, we tailor a plan to your needs rather than trying to sell a “canned” program or a sophisticated software solution that will keep us in money long after any engagement of services.

It is that vision that will help you become more successful – from target identification to negotiations, and everything in between.
