The coaching process begins with a two day series of meetings that identify the core strategies of the organization.
We do this by:
- Engaging a full day Tune‐Up session dedicated to outlining the dynamics and challenges associated with growing a company.
- Utilizing our proprietary Translator Tool that “pulls” the company’s core values, mission vision, and top 5 priorities.
- Coaching team to rank company priorities.
- Identifying one and three‐year goals.
- We then work with the team to identify quarterly tasks necessary to achieve longer term goals.
- Once these initial crucial tasks are completed, the secret to success is executing a mandatory annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly, and even daily meeting cadence.
- Our goal is to establish and maintain a healthy and smart organization.

- Identify barriers to growth and develop strategies to overcome them.
- Create a strategic plan built on long‐term thinking and short‐term execution and aligned with the BHAG.
- Develop organizational clarity.
- Create a strong, aligned, and cohesive executive team.
- Create focus, discipline, and accountability to drive the strategy implementation process.
- Identify the organization’s competitive advantage.
- Create smart numbers that act as predictors of the organization’s future success.
- Help executives become great leaders and team players.
- Help the team develop good habits such as rhythm, decisiveness, and dedication to commitments.
