Do all of the pieces of your organization’s strategy fit together?

• Is the purpose for the organization’s existence clearly stated?

• Is the executive team committed, focused and aligned behind the vision?

• Is the vision clearly communicated to the entire organization?

• Are the strategies aligned with the vision and the short‐term goals aligned with long‐term strategies?

• Do all employees fully understand?
