Bob Kittle, President

Bob Kittle has an accomplished track record as a high level executive in an extremely competitive industry. Prior to forming The Kittle Group, he served as Vice President of Sales for $4B USD multinational automotive supplier. He was instrumental in forging the strategy and team that grew the company from zero North American sales to 16 percent compounded sales for 10 years. Ultimately the North American market accounted for 50 percent of total company sales.

Bob’s big picture vision and instinctive team building has positioned him well to take those traits into other companies that seek to improve themselves. His outside perspective is a fresh approach to organizations, large and small, that struggle with longer term objectives due to shorter term issues. His ability to communicate with all levels of an organization attributes his “get it done” attitude and execution prowess.

Also very active with his civic duties, Bob serves an elected official in Auburn Hills as well as a Planning Commissioner and Board Member for the Traffic Improvement Association of Oakland County, Michigan.

Bob is educated with a Bachelor of Business with backgrounds in Industrial Management and Sales & Marketing. He has also undergone extensive training to become a Certified CEO Advantage Advisor further expanding his broad tool kit for building solid organizational foundations.

A lifetime Michigan resident, Bob has been married to Jan for 25 years. They currently reside in Auburn Hills where they raised two daughters, both now in college.

Bill Costick

Bill’s city management experience includes both large and small municipalities. He has an in-depth understanding of every aspect of local government management, public works operations, urban planning, capital projects planning, and land use issues. He serves municipal governments as a valuable resource for advice on planning and implementing capital improvement projects, financing, funding, and long-term debt issues.

Bill assists in making public presentations before city councils, township boards, and citizen groups.

Tom Lewandowski

Tom brings a wealth of executive level procurement & supply experience to the Kittle Group.

As President & CEO of Global Procurement Consulting, Tom is able to draw on his over 40 years of experience in the automotive industry to help and support organizations improve their operating efficiencies, strategic planning and purchasing processes.

Tom retired from General Motors in 2006 as Director. With over 25 years of purchasing experience at General Motors alone, he brings an expertise that can be greatly utilized to generate savings that drop right to the bottom line.

In addition to a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University, Tom holds an MBA from Central Michigan University.

Debra C. Wangrud

Debra C. Wangrud is a Senior Human Resource and Labor Relations Executive and an Attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan.

She has proven success in all core human resource functions with particular emphasis in union contract negotiations, including negotiations under Section 1113 of the Bankruptcy Code, labor relations, including grievance handling and arbitration, administrative hearings, employee investigations and employee benefits/insurances.

Debra also has an excellent track record in performance appraisal, succession planning and career development, leadership training, anti-harassment and diversity training, recruitment and staffing.

She also brings experience in all aspects of human resources, labor relations, M&A, integration initiatives and bankruptcy exit transitions.

Buzz Brown

Buzz joined the Affiliate Group ranks with TKG in April, 2007 and has added a level of sophistication that truly strengthens the offerings of the group. Buzz is a veteran Software Solutions developer.

He began his career in 1979, and advanced through a series of leadership positions at a number of high-level automotive companies such as Ford Motor Company, General Motors and Volvo, where he specialized in designing, implementing and managing global database applications and systems.

Buzz’s extensive background in Web-based system development and management has attracted an impressive list of clientele including Comerica Bank, General Motors Powertrain, Volvo AG Group of Sweden, Hewlett-Packard, and FGP-GM Powertrain in Italy.
